you simply enter the millimeter gaps you would like for the ascender to
the top of the lower case letter, then the size of the lower case letter area,
then the gap below the lower case letter to the bottom of the descender. Also
you can enter the gap in millimeters until the next set of 4 lines on a page.
Just look at the sample image below to see how it looks.

After all the height measures are entered you then press the print button and your set of guidelines are printed on a page for you, on your computers printer.
